We have had some great feedback on the Kiln dried logs that we started selling towards the end of last year.
The Kiln dried logs that we sell have been artificially dried down to a moisture content of below 15% (using waste wood and sawdust). They burn hotter and cleaner than seasoned logs, as less energy is used to burn off residual moisture, therefore more energy converts to heat. Customers have noticed how clean the glass on their stoves stays and how bright the flame is. They are perfectly suited to high efficiency wood burning stoves.
